My latest book The Little Cornish House was published by Bookouture in May. I was so excited that it made it into the top 100 in the UK Kindle charts – a first for one of my summer books!
I love publication day – it feels like having another birthday with gifts from my publisher, OH and lovely friends.
It started the day before (this is me on the train), with a visit to Bookouture at their offices which are located in Carmelite House in London.
Then I went for afternoon tea at the Globe with my lovely editor. You can see from the photo how amazing that was!
Publication day was busy with lots of time spent on social media thanking lovely supporters, including wonderful bloggers for their reviews and good wishes. Part way through the day I received a lovely surprise from Bookouture filled with Cornish goodies (which are all gone now).
I spent the evening with friends eating Cornish food which was wonderful, then it was all back to normal the following day.
Lovely reviews
If you fancy reading any of the wonderful blogger reviews, or checking out their blogs then I’ve included links below so you can check them out. It’s always so exciting (and scary) seeing what they think about my book and such a huge relief when it gets the seal of approval.
Here are just a few links from my blog tour.
