The Little Village of New Starts is the first book I wrote based in the fictional village of Lockton in the Scottish Highlands. It features a whole host of villagers, an American firefighter, and a farmyard of animals from Daisy, the heroine's pet pygmy goat to Tikki, her grandmother's African parrot.
